This is a quick and easy obi option for kids. First, get a piece of cardboard and fold the obi over it. This is just going to stiffen the obi. Then, put it around the person's (or your own) waist, pull tight, and tie a knot in the back. Finally, just make a bow and spread it out so it looks nice and big. That's it!
